Detailed Product Description

Adjustable Base Screw Jack is used as a starting base for a scaffolding System. It has an adjustable height to allow for compensation on uneven levels for sustaining the stability.

Construction features:
Solid or tubular (Seamless or welded tube) available in Q195B / Q235B
Reinforced formation Plate to give more stability
Forged or SG Wing Nuts as per the request.
There is a Notch/Cut in the threads of the tube 150 mm from the top, to prevent the Nut from coming off, and to keep the Screw Jack from being over-extended
Available in different design to give swivel, formwork beam solutions
Maximum load of 75 kN with a max grid spacing of 2.4m x 2.4m. Testing Reports can be provided with each lot
Customization available.
