Our story

Founded under the leadership of Mr. J.R. Singal, JRS Scaffoldings is a division of Eastman Industries Limited. We make scaffolding and formwork systems in Ludhiana, India.
We make Cuplock and Ringlock systems, props, frames and formwork accessories. We work with importers, contractors and distributors on products made to their specification.
Every product carries a lot number, a month and year stamp and a hologram. We forge on 7 forging lines, galvanize in a 7-tank hot-dip line, and test in our own lab.

How we make it
Seven forging lines with inspection at each stage. LPG induction furnaces. A screw forging press up to 200 tons. Shot and sand blasting. 7-tank hot-dip galvanization. An in-house lab with a universal testing machine.
