UK distributors who already hire or sell Cuplock do not need another “what is Cuplock” page. They need a component list that matches the verticals, ledgers and cups on the yard. - Material call-out if specified (S-235 appears on listings)

- Whether you need verticals only or a full kit with cups fitted as you currently buy them
2. Ledgers (horizontals)
Listed as Cuplock scaffolding of horizontal, Cuplock horizontal ledger, Q235 Cuplock ledger / horizontal. Send:
- Bay sizes / cut lengths
- Ledger-only vs ledger with fittings
- Material (Q235 is named on one line — do not assume all ledgers are Q235)
- Quantity per length
3. Cups — top and bottom
The site separates top cups and bottom cups: Cuplock casting top cup, JRS MS top cup, steel bottom cup, Cuplock pressed bottom cup. UK yards often reject a lot because the cup pattern does not match the blade. Send a photo of the top cup and the bottom cup you already use, and state pressed vs cast if you know.
4. Diagonals and board brackets
Cuplock diagonal braces and Cuplock board bracket system are listed. Include lengths and quantities only if they are on this order.
5. Couplers — only if this PO includes them
The same URL is also the coupler archive (British type swivel / double, German type, American type, Brazilian, combination, girder, putlog, etc.). If the UK customer wants Cuplock nodes plus tube-and-fitting couplers, split the RFQ into two tables. Do not bury coupler types inside a Cuplock line.
